Strategized, created, tested and implemented a creative strategy to the new digital posters in the priority financial centers. The goal of the digital poster is to interrupt customers on their path to transact with most important quarterly messages. Additionally, we created a digital rate board to dynamically show the latest rates to interrupt customers.
Digital Poster Content
Financial centers with digital posters had a 54% recall lift than those without. The cash rewards “Falling Cookies” was the most disruptive and attention-grabbing in our initial testing. It had an 80% recall.
